Well, let's just say the past month or two has been, um, strange. So I stopped eating sugar and caffeine because apparently I had had it...built up? That's the only way to describe it. My mom didn't think I needed a doctor, so she put me on a healthier diet instead. My nerves were a wreck. I had panic attacks all the time for a week or so, but now I'm much better. I drink oatstraw tea nearly daily since it's good for the nerves and have had little to no trouble, but I seem to have moved on to something else. Though definitely not as painful as a panic attack, when I am slightly stressed, usually in the car( I went to get some fillings yesterday, wasn't freaking out or anything, just a bit nervous) and my whole body began to feel like your foot does when it falls asleep. I feel like my whole body is tingling and it gets hard to focus, though not painful. I more or less just felt drunk until when get there, then it got better. While this isn't a big problem, I would like to know what it is.

I get that tingly feeling that you describe, too sometimes. For me usually after a stressful day when I'm in bed at night and try to calm down from the exhaustion and stress or when I'm on the edge of a panic attack, my doc said it's my nerves and I have to try and calm myself and it will go away, that's all...not very helpful I know.
