So, i have been struggling with this 3-4 Kgs of fat that i can't seem to burn.
I do some exercise everyday, but 2-4 times a week i also do Karate and weights.
But nothings seems to change.
19-year-old male.

Any tips?

Are you doing the same exercise every time? You're probably not losing that weight because your body is used to the intensity in your cardio that you're doing now,changing the workout or increasing the resistance/intensity should fix your problem. Good luck :)
