Don't worry, I am cut and I had the same exact thing happen to me. It went away after a couple days. I just washed it really good in the shower. If it doesn't get better in a couple of days, I would say see a doctor.

I've been to the doctor about my penis quite a bit , from my knowledge it's just going to hard , long or without a lube. You might have taken some skin off and it made it super sensitive when. That happens it will be extra sensitive and red spots can appear from it being irritated from how sensitive it is .

That happened to me and those things are cuts under your penis head. It's from rubbing too hard and tight and rough. I think you have to be more gentle and kind to your penis. Let it heal for a couple days and wash it in the shower every day to it stays clean so the blood doesn't get infected. It is possible that the enzymes within your saliva may have broke down some of the skin cells on your penis. But I would think that it would be rare, it depends if you left your saliva on the head of your penis after you where done mastrubaiting and rolled the foreskin over it.
