My mom found an anger letter I recently made, and now she thinks that something is wrong with me! I gave her an article to read about anger letters but she ignored me. What can I do to convince her?

So, you wrote like a fake letter to her, that you never meant for her to see? You could just tell her that. Say you overdramatized it a bit? I'm not really sure

was it about her or about other stuff...dunno you can just try to explain it to her I guess

Try explaining to her that it's just an outlet. Everyone needs to let of some steam. Just say that you didn't intend to send it to anyone, and that everyone gets angry.
