I was texting this girl I like (who is apparently kinda shy) for all of last week and she always had good responses and seemed like she enjoyed talking to me. However, I was the one that always initiated the convo. I haven't texted her since Sunday because I wanted to see if she would text first/show interest. Today in school we crossed paths and she looked at me and then looked down nervously and kept walking.

I am not sure what this means. Is she just shy or is she not interested..?

P.S. We do not have any classes together so I do not really see her in school besides every so often.

she certainly is shy. now if she's interested or not, i don't know. text her again and see how it goes, if she moves the conversation, like asking questions and stuff, she probablly enjoys it. if you do everything and she just replies and nothing more, that's not a good sign...

Update:

So I was walking to my car after school with a friend. She was with her friends walking towards us and she saw me. She was in the middle of her friends and she then moved to the back and to the side of her friends opposite of where I would pass on and turned her head to look in the opposite direction of me but she was smiling. I thought her friends were talking about me but I'm not sure cause they passed on the side my ear bud was in and I was also talking to my friend.

My friend who kinda knows her group of friends said she just shy. And that she just nervous so idk if she avoiding me in a negative way or avoiding me because she nervous...
