All of the people in this thread saying you can't have an orgasm until you've reached puberty are wrong by the way... You may not be producing sperm/semen yet but you certainly can have an orgasm, children can have them. I remember having one when I was like 8.

Well my parents didnt want me to masturbate the first time I got caught and my mom still doesn't like the idea. It's probably because I'm the first child so my parents are begin super strict with me. Like I had to wait until I was in 1st grade to play videogames but my brother played them when he was only 3.
