I've been noticing that I keep going to sleep later at night (or later in the morning) and waking up later in the morning (or later in the afternoon). Is this healthy? I just wanna know, cuz its been happening just about every time I'm at home, and I DONT LIKE EATING BREAKFAST AT THREE IN THE AFTERNOON!!!!!!
Could it be that I'm becoming nocturnal?

I frequently have this problem too. Usually what I'll do is if I find myself staying awake all night until morning, rather than sleeping, I'll keep myself awake until the upcoming night, and go to sleep then.
So if you can't get to sleep one night, stay awake until the next, and there you go, problem solved. By then you should be able to go to sleep.
Sleep deprivation for sure isn't healthy, but if you do as I mentioned it should help you get back into a normal sleeping pattern.

I've never experienced this, by 1 or 2 in the morning, I'm pooped. Even though I go to bed late, I still wake up at 5:30-6:00 AM. So I'm pretty tired at the end of the day because I only get 4 to 5 hours sleep. Which probably isn't good for me, but 10-12 at night is really the few hours of free time I get during the day.

Thanks, it would be very helpful, if I could actually help falling asleeo at 10 in the morning after a full day of swimming sports with friends. Then, after that, VT keeps me busy until the morning, when I eat and swim, then promptly sleep again.
EDIT: I forgot to mention this: I cannot, under any circumstances, sleep without music. Silence is too full of the terrors of the night, but music provides a haven from that. I just can't fall asleep if I don't hear some nice music, preferably Pop, Rock, or Deathmetal (in extremely rare cases). Its impossible. I just lay awake, contemplating every single sound I hear. And when I'm sleeping and someone tries to use my phone or something, they switch off the sweet sounds, and when that happens, I instantly awaken. My nephews have drove me halfway to insanity by constantly turning the music on/off while I'm trying to sleep!!!

As long as you get enough sleep that your body needs this really isn't something bad.
