okay, hi all, basically i seek advice/help, so basically after gym me and my buddies( can range from 2 of us to all 6 who go to the gym ) hit the showers after. the showers are all open without walls or curtains. we all go in naked as expected but cover our parts with our hand, i just want to boost my confidence and not need to cover me penis with my hand and let them see it. it would be great if they done the same, so we could visually compare and not be embarressed about the situation. i know I'm not the smallest nor biggest from the occasional look but i just want us all to be free and mature. I'm seeking the advice of how to basically be confident enough to show off and how i could get them to also? thanks to anyone who can help! i just believe we are equals and who cares about size

Well if you're going to shower and there's no walls or curtains it will be awkward and uncomfortable to keep showering with a hand covering your parts. So tell yourself that it's just an after gym shower and you need to be comfortable enough taking it and not be worried about others seeing your penis. And if you're confident enough to show off your other body parts it's not a big deal to show the rest of it. And I think that if you start doing this the others will soon follow and you'll be all cool about being naked around each other.

Just do not put your hand over your penis, the other kids will do the same later. How old are you?.

put your towel over your neck and grab each end with a hand, can't cover up that way.
no need to say a word, just go about your shower as normal

Put body wash in one hand and a towel in the other. Make it look like both hands are full and just act natural. When you break the ice the others will follow. I bet they want the same thing as you but it just takes one to get it started. Let that one be you.

Start off with showing back profile nude with the guys and then work your way from there as your confidence might build if u take it in steps.

Just take your hand off one day and if they say anything just remind them that you all have the same stuff down there

You can stop covering yourself, and when they see you totally naked will do the same. Or if you are very close friedns you can just ask them directly.

Just walk in without covering up, they will probably do the same, and if they don't - then who cares!

Just let it hang loose and think nothing of it, they will probably follow after 1-2 showers, sometimes people will be really shy and will not want to show it so yeah!

If I had confidence then I would probably do the same as above...but I don't. Yet that does not mean you shouldn't. Just do it!! And if you start, you will:

• Feel more confidant
• Get a huge bonus to how courageous your guys think you are
• Will them to do it after a few showers again, as peer pressure will force them to follow suite.

Easy!! And if you don't wanna go outright, just do something to act as if you can't avoid it.

Just do it. When I first started using communal changing areas many years ago now the first few times we were like this, and then after a month or so I just couldn't be bothered and was free in front of them, the other lads followed suit pretty quickly.
