This never happened to me before, particularly because I don't wear skinny jeans. Have u considered taking a bath

If it doesn't go away in 24 hours, seek medical help. Believe me, as much as you don't want to do that, it's your health.

If it doesn't go away soon, seriously see a doctor, you could have a rash or something.

It's not normal. Maybe you have a dermatology (skin) problem.

I've never heard of skinny jeans causing that. Take a bath, put on some anti itch cream, and if it doesn't go away within 48 hours seek medical help. As embarrassing as it might be to bring up it could be serious.

happens to me all the time! it kinda feels good to just sit there and scratch your balls for like a couple of minutes ahahaha
Its not something to worry about, your balls have jsut been so compressed for a long time and they like to be released and out. Kind of like when you take off a hat after a while and your head gets itchy or you cant stop feeling your hair... lol

Wash them. If you have a removable shower head then using that to wash them is a good way - if not a bath may be good. Obviously something is irritating them so removing that should solve the problem.

try having a shower and washing them they might just have sweat stuck all over them and that can cause the itch

NO NEED TO GO BALLISTIC!!! [PUN INTENDED]

Sounds like it was a very sudden onset of symptoms. So it's probably less likely things like jock itch. Given how rapidly it developed, it might be an allergic or irritant reaction. Make sure that you've not been exposed to new chemicals or hygiene products. This includes cleaning detergents for your clothes also.

I'd suggest washing thoroughly with water, without applying to many topical agents on initially. If you've rubbed or scratched yourself too much, it may cause damage to the skin and make things worse. So unless there is an absolute need, avoid too many creams or ointments. If desperate, emollients should be okay. If it persists, I'd suggest seeing your doctor or pharmacist. Temporarily, you might want to avoid those skinny jeans and have them washed well, just in case there are residual chemicals from the manufacturer or from cleaning.

Hope that helps.
