Hi guys!
I am huge fan of cycling and I usually compete in a localish league which is in the winter and on a Sunday morning! But this season I decided to take part in a summer series! But its at 7:30 in the afternoon and all the events are at least 2 hours drive!! How can I prepare!! HELP!

Obviously you should prepare yourself for a ride of more than two hours...three hours is right.
And do prepare your legs...such as do some squats.
Sleep well, eat balanced diet which are mostly fat-free.
