Not everyone has actual computer access, and all they might have is a phone with a browser. So why not create an app for VT so it will be easier?

Good idea. But the reason there isn't one is probably because they may not have the programming knowledge able to do so

There was a tapatalk add-on for VT,which got disabled because it was slowing the site down if I'm not wrong. Making an app just for VT seems futile to be honest.

It's every expensive to make an app, I mean I don't know of any forum on the internet which has it's own app-most just use tapatalk

Not if you make it yourself, the problem is would it be included with vBulletin. It is however not needed as the site is mobile compatible. I am typing this on my phone in a car.

There's no reason to make an app specifically for the site (plus, it'd likely be rejected by Apple as the content of this site isn't exactly...appropriate for their store) as Tapatalk is available. In the past, however, it's caused problems with the server and a lot of lag, for right now, it's been disabled

If you make it yourself you avoid all of that. $500 for the app to have it's own image? They're taking advantage of the not informed. As I said before vBulletin would be the possible problem.
A browser based app would be cheaper and easier to incorporate but that is what mobile compatible websites are for.

May I ask do you have the server or is this site hosted?

I have never posted anything here on a computer.

I actually thought that the reason for Tapatalk's removal was a security exploit. But either way, I've never had a problem using the desktop version of this site on my mobile devices.
Hell, I used it on my 3DS a couple of times.

The security exploit was more of an annoyance than anything else - it bypassed our 100 post requirement for PMing, so we just had to disable PMs entirely on the app. From what I understand, though, it's since been removed as it put too much stress on our server the last time we had it enabled.
