Question about pubic shaving

Does it itch every time? Or do you get used to it, to where it doesnt itch anymore?

I did it just the once, and I found that it didnt itch really. My view seems to be in the minority, however, as most people say its really bad. I wet-shaved with a razor (be careful lol!), because I find that electric razors really irritate for me.
Even more weirdly, I think that trimming is worse than shaving. For me, whenever I trim, it itches so bad I want to scream!
Maybe its just because Im a biological nightmare!

It varies from person to person. Typically if you're careful, you use shaving cream and a fresh razor, and you put on some lotion afterwards, you'll be fine. For most people, the first few times do itch, but it gets better as your skin gets used to it.

It really itches alot for me everytime I trim it. If you are going to do it then I suggest that you get ready for a few straight days of itching

It never itches for me. I do it in the shower, and I spend a lot of time and care on it. I always shave in the direction the hairs grow otherwise I might get ingrown hairs. I use a shaving gel when I'm shaving it, and I put baby oil on it afterwards =P

I trim and it never itches, shaved once and it was fine :)

The itch does go away over time. Just be sure to use a good shaving cream and a different blade (because pubic hair is coarser and can dull the blade faster) and moisturise the area afterwards.
I've been shaving for about two years now, and I don't have any problems with itching at all.

So if I'm getting this right, apparently for people it really itches the first time if you shave it all the way? Maybe just shave it down to a little bit so it doesn't itch as much growing in? Why do yuo wish to shave it anyways?

i have shaved a few times in the shower. i find it helps if u cut it short first then shave in the direction it grows (down) when its wet

also if possible do it at night because it itches the most right after
but i have never really had any itchy problems
