Whenever I go pull my foreskin back to wash in the shower or something, it is always to sensitive that even water pouring on it is extremely painful. Is there a was to ease/eliminate this?
Kind Regards,
Nick

How long have you been retracting it? When I first got mine to slide back, the head was mega sensitive, but over time it got more reasonable. (though I am cut now).

Mine got less sensitive as I left it retracted in my underwear, at first is a little bit uncomfortable but it's getting used to it fast

Retract the foreskin and let it run under shower water every day, it will make it less painfully sensitive, but still pleasantly sensitive

Donīt worry, possibly when you masturbate you pulled back very strong the foreskin, try doing it more carefully,

Mine is sensitive but not that much. Not sure if pulling your foreskin back more will help but have read on here that it seems to.

Hi Nick,
From what you've typed, it sounds like you've got some irritation around the urethra. Irritation and inflammation around this point is called urethritis.
There are two main types, sexually related and non-sexually related urethritis.
It can be caused by many things, some of them quite innocent. For instance, trauma (such as through sports), friction (such as through tight clothing contact), chemicals (like shampoos and creams, and hygiene products), as well as things like rigorous or frequent masturbation and intercourse. Tight foreskin may also be a cause. Then there are other rare causes like when there is systemic inflammatory conditions.
In most cases, it's actually quite harmless in young people, especially if they're not sexually active, as in your case. It often goes away on its own if the trigger is removed or modified (such as changing clothing, cleaning products or being more gentle with yourself with masturbation or intercourse. If it persist though, you should get yourself seen by a doctor, who can examine you and perform tests on your urine or with a swab if indicated.
Mine got less sensitive as I left it retracted in my underwear, at first is a little bit uncomfortable but it's getting used to it fast
You should NEVER leave your foreskin retracted like that! It should always be returned back to position after cleansing or urinating. This is because it can cause a condition called paraphimosis, where the foreskin is drawn back and if left in the retracted position can potentially remain trapped in that position, cutting off blood flow to the tip of the penis! This is a medical emergency and the person needs to see a doctor as soon as possible for that to try and fix the problem. Sometimes, circumcision is the only way of fixing that problem! So always manually return the foreskin forward if you ever draw it back!

Hope that helps guys!

Maybe because you are doing alot with it (wanking several times a day etc.). It gets sore for me If I jack off more than 3 times a day

Hey my name is Nicholas also. Something like that happened to me last week but I'm circumcised and I masturbated and got a cut under the tip part of my penis and it hurt to rub it and yes to take a shower.
