Hello guys. I am not sure if this belongs here. But I seem to been battling my weight ever since I started middle school. Now I am a freshmen in high school. And it seems that I am too lazy to try lose weight. So I have 2 qustions does this normally happen as you grow up ( about body image) and what should I do to lose weight and not give up on it.(get lazy)

Yes, it is very normal for your weight to fluctuate as you grow. When I was about 12-14 I was very slim, and then from about 14-17 I got a little more chubby, now that I am 19 and for the most part done with puberty/growing I've lost a lot of weight, and am very slim again.
If you want to lose weight, you should do it the healthy way. I changed my diet and lost fat very easily. You don't have to starve yourself or eat less, but cutting back on carbs and junk foods while eating more fruits, and veggies while still getting protein works very well.
