Last January I got epididymitis in my left testicale and later it affected the right one aswell. It caused extreme pain and swelling. I would cum blood and all that horrible stuff. I won't go into all the details here in the topic since it isn't appropriate, but I want you to understand what I have went through so you can perhaps give me your thoughts on what I should do next.
I went to the hospital (In the beginning of Feb.) and received large amounts of antibiotics, it took about 3 days but it finally was resolved and I was healed.... Or so I thought. I didn't have any pain after that, it took a couple of days and then I stopped cumming blood and I was back to my old self again.
Now It's earily May and I see my left testicle larger than the right one. I know it's possible for one to be bigger than the other, but I don't believe (almost twice as large) is normal. I will be going back one last time for a checkup with my doc and see what he says. (YES! It is a guy doctor, so it's a lot easier for me to talk to him about stuff. I was even comfortable with asking him if it's cleaner to shave/trim my pubes and he answered Yes. So we are on good grounds with talking about this kind of stuff)
Here are my questions or things I'd like to hear from you.
1. Have you ever had epididymitis or known someone close to you who has?
2. Do you think (from what you read) it is possible the epididymitis may be coming back slowly? :(
3. Should I bring it up to my doc when I see him in a couple of weeks?
4. Do you think it's normal for my left teste to be almost 2x as large as my right?
*Bonus* 5. Should I also ask my doc if the epididymitis could affect the rich sperm in my semen? Like if I'm still producing them like I should. I'm kinda concerned about this, but I'm not sure if it is even worth bring up. Cause they may want to do tests and stuff.
NOTE: No, I didn't get the Epididymitis from an STD. It was from a UTI
