He might just be a bit curious, or he's confused, but he wasn't going to tell you to f*** off, and to be honest, he might have thought you were being serious. It would have been funnier if he had actually accepted it, though. :D

I would just assume he was curious, and just looked for a joke. I can relate completely though. Whenever I wrestle / joke around with friends, I always get a boner and they notice and laugh. It made me think my best friend was gay too, because he always used to pretend to hump me and stare at my crotch and stuff. He was just doing it as a joke though, and I was the one who was bi - he's completely straight.
