In my opinion penises that are over 8 inches in length are getting to the stage where they are a little big (especially if you are going to be sexually active with teenage girls). Though I think girth is more of a problem pain-wise than length. If your penis is much thicker than average (say over 7.5 inches in girth) then you might cause problems.

In my opinion, over 8.5'' it's too much (length). Over 7.5'' in girth is also too much.

Length is not that much of a problem because you can always go less deep. But I think that if a guy wanted to go all in he would have to be less than 7 inches. For girth, my experience has been that 5 inches is quite filling and i dont think i can go much bigger than that. I dont understand why guys want bigger penises. Id rather have a small penis than a large penis thats going to hurt me lol
