Fluctuating sexuality?

I've been having problems with my sexuality for the past year now. It always seems to fluctuate between bisexual and straight and I don't know what to do about it except wait. I know that it changes a lot because when I'm horny I like to fancy boys. When I'm not horny (ie. After masturbating), I have absolutely no urge to fancy boys and don't have any bisexual/gay thoughts. This cycle repeats itself all the time and I'm not sure why this is. Any help as to what sexuality I am?

Sexuality isn't really quantitative, and due to hormones and whatnot, it's largely a very fluid concept. Trying to pinpoint it and label it the way you are, especially with the fluctuations you describe, will only cause you grief. For now, I'd just leave it at no label until it levels out and remains consistent, if it ever does. If not, "bisexual" is always an easier label since it's less exclusive than "straight" or "gay."

Everyone experiences sexuality a little differently. The labels are just there to give you a general sense of who you are as a person, there's no need to take them too seriously, just do whatever feels comfortable to you. However I'd like to point out that one can still be bisexual even if they do not experience attraction to both sexes ALL the time. Heck, if that were true, I'd be absolutely asexual, which I'm not.

Hello I'm new and I'm not sure if this helps but you could be a hetroromantic homosexual. It's when you are sexually into guys, but are interested in females for the rest of it.

I am EXACTLY the same way as you. I've just come to say that I'm bisexual. But now, I'm suspecting pansexual, I have no idea. Labels suck, but otherwise nobody knows what you like. LOL

sexuality is very fluid. it's not always going to be the same. maybe you're just curious. maybe not. either way, you don't need to figure it out now. I suggest a bit of experimentation.
