You need bodyfat,it's essential. Healthy fat from food sources is essential too, maybe you might want to reconsider your goals.

You want no excess body fat, which is fine. most animal products have saturated fat, except for fish i think. skinless chicken breast is probably next best. like avoid greasy food.

no dietary fat? how old are you?
fat is necessary for hormone production, eliminating fat from your diet is a stupid thing to do.
Obviously excessive amounts aren't required, but cutting out all fat - you're going to notice a decreased libido, decrease in energy and an increase in water retention.

carbohydrates cause more obesity than just fats

It's not usually wise for teenagers to go on reduced calorie diets. If you want to eat healthier, that's fine, but make sure you continue to take in a healthy 2000-3500 calories a day depending on your size and activity level.
That said, cutting out all processed foods and red meat can do wonders for your health, appearance, and energy levels. I also take protein shakes before workouts.

This is not true to any extent.
Excess calories cause obesity.
Not macronutrient is responsible for that.

I guess so, but it's easier to go more overboard on carbs than fats in my opinion.
In my opinion, a reduced carb diet and a higher fat diet can be more healthy.

If you get used to it, baked potatoes are good alone.

Water has no fats nor calories, Celery provides little calories. Taking out fats entirely from your diet isn't going to help you, you're supposed to subtitute them for healthier fats like vegetal oils, soy and many more.

Technically celery burns calories, because the effort used to chew it out weighs the calories it contains.

Coconut oil is so good for you, so depending on if you cook or anything, you may choose to cook with coconut oil, as it won't be stored by the body as fat and will instead be turned into energy.
Also, I've heard that nuts are fat-free and really good for your body. Not entirely sure, though.

If you eat meat, go for lean white meat.
If you are veggie, eat quorn which is mainly protein.
I think its better to eat less fatsn carbs rather than avoid them.

Nuts are very fatty. While many nut's fat is good for your health, cashews and brazil nuts do not even contain the good oils!

You need fats just like you need everything else in your diet; if you're eating everything in the right proportion (which is the most important thing), it's more about how much than what you eat.
It's fairly obvious that if you eat less calories than you burn, you'll lose weight and you'll lose fat first because that is the body's natural store of energy.
The average person needs ~2,000 kcal/day, so you need to eat less than that.
