Growth in throat

This morning I woke up with a soar throat and I was looking in my throat and saw this big growth in my throat. It kind of looks like a volcano attached to the very very back of my tongue. It's hard to swallow and or breathe sometimes. Can you tell

I would go see a doctor. This may be obvious, but I don't think that should be there..
