I have mentioned on here before about my bf cutting himself, he wouldn't talk to me about it and every time I mentioned it I could see he was very uncomfortable.
He asked me yesterday if I would help him, he's scared because he thinks his cutting is getting really bad and that he thinks if he keeps doing it he will want to kill himself soon.
I don't know how I can help him, its serious stuff and I don't know what to do now.
Any ideas?
