I've always been kind of skinny because I have such a high metabolism. The problem is that I'm getting sick of being scrawny. I'm 5 foot 10 inches (178 cm) and weigh 130 lbs. (58 KG) I have an attachment of my figure. I'm not shirtless in it because I don't want to come off as a douchebag... :P
How can I gain triceps, biceps, and chest muscles fast? I don't have any weights or pull-up bars. Is there any kind of beverage I should drink before doing some kind of exercise?

First off, no energy drinks :P
I'd say give the regular push ups and abs exercises a go, see what you gain with that. If not, I'd look for a gym which you can access.

Wish it were that easy to gain muscle mass :P
Eat,eat, eat. To actually gain weight or muscle mass, you'd have to eat more than what you're eating now. Just a note, there's a huge chance you'd end up skinny-fat if you eat badly and don't exercise,so keep that in mind. You should keep the weight gain at 0.5lbs to 1lb max per week at your current body weight though. Try and eat healthy of course.
Training wise,if don't want to get to the gym for some reason, search up on calisthenics workout routines. You're probably going to need a bar,the park is always free.
And no,there's isn't any special drink man, lol. There are protein shakes which you can drink after a workout, but that's pretty much it. Visible results take a month or two to appear, then again it all depends if you're actually putting in the effort when training. Good luck :P

eh… ignore all that advice ^
you're not going to gain muscle fast, period.
IF you want to gain muscle however, there are a few basic things you're gonna need to know:
-Eat
-Join a gym
-Eat
-Learn about nutrition
-Eat
Bodyweight exercises are not going to add any significant amount of muscle to your body.
Look up some beginner workout programmes - recommend mark rippetoe's starting strength. Sort your food out, know what you need to eat and know what you don't need to eat.
If you want to gain weight, up your daily calories by 300-500kcals while lifting heavy and regularly.
Try and aim for 1g of protein for every pound of lean body mass you have, and fill the rest of your calories with fats and carbs. Try to reduce the sugar you are eating.
This post about protein after every workout is a complete fallacy, what you really need post workout is fast actings carbs - such as dextrose. This will replenish your glycogen stores and start the process of recovery.

Please do not listen to this, this woman is the antichrist in terms of fitness. She has set back women's fitness by decades.

You don't have a fast metabolism, you just don't eat enough. Trust me, I was the same type of kid, but I've put on 26lbs in 6 months by working out a few times a week. Download MyFitnessPal (free app) and start tracking your calories. You need to be at about 3000 a day. If you don't have a gym membership and can't get one, can you use your school's gym? If not, you'll probably have to resort to bodyweight exercises, which can yield good results but aren't as effective as lifting. For this you'll need to get a pull-up bar too. Reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness is a great resource as well as Reddit.com/r/gainit
You won't become a beast overnight but take advantage of puberty while you can, you can make huge gains. Just eat eat eat, eat some more, and lift.

Give up( or at least moderate) sugar and caffeine in your diet and eat instead healthier foods.
