I don't have to accept someone for being gay, i don't have to tolerate them being gay, it's a free choice, as a Human i have free choices!

but, i don't care if someone is gay, i mean i dont go running around screaming at gay people that they have to accept im a heterosexual, nor do i dress in square clothes and parade around on a "heterosexual day", if your gay thats cool be true to yourself, but when you come up to me and say IM GAY AND YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT, that's not the best way to address the situation, how about you go be gay and i'll go be straight and conflict resolved?

why all this we're special we have clubs, raves, dance clubs, holidays, bars, and you have to accept it... honestly i could care less, i don't beleive in judging, it's a waste of my time to judge anyone but myself. another thing if gay guys don't have a choice, and they where supposed to be girls or whatever (reference to the in the womb hormone whorl theory) then how come a lot of gay guys act more like girls than girls do? why dont i just dress up in green, have my own holidays, establishments, hand out fliers, then get in your face and say you HAVE TO ACCEPT ME!, you don't... so why not just do your thing and i'll do mine? and keep it simple?

personally i think alot of it is about attention, i lived in keywest florida for 10+ yrs (gay capital of the world) i have plenty of gay freinds, but this teen gay trend is mostly about attention. my gay freinds dont "act gay" they might say hey i think he's hot or what not, but they dont act overly sexual or pervase, or obssessive like most teens do...

Honestly I think when you speak of that you are looking at a minority. There are plenty... MANY people that dont do the whole "run around in a dress" sort of thing you describe. And frankly I think it is a horrible stereotype. But, even if there are some people that do that, a lot dont and I think a lot of people are homophobic (not saying you are) because of this stereotype.

But I do agree on the fact that people should parade like that.

This thread has rant written all over it. I agree though. I'm kind of homophobic, but if people want to be gay, I'm fine with that, but they don't have parade it around.

I understand what you mean, and I agree no one should be in your face about it. I think the ide of the pride parade though is a rebelion as most of the world does not accept us. Honestly, I couldnt care less if they do or dont, cos im here, and i am what i am, but i guess it bothers some of us. I appreciate your point though.
