I'd say that's a relatively common age for most boys. As mentioned above, some people start sooner, some later. I was around 13 when it happened. You're in good company ;)

I found that. I had a growth spurt and ended up 5ft 5inches tall, before my peers. Over the last 3 or 4 years, as every one else has grown and developed, it feels like I'm getting shorter!

i know what you mean Ive grown at the same rate since forever, so at some points I was shorter than some people who had big growth spurts and then after a couple of years I grew taller than them
