Well, considering how you did catch him with his room-mate, nude and kissing, it would suggest that he does have at least some inclination towards the same sex. You do need to talk to him about that though, as he is your boyfriend, if you didn't know he was doing this, it's cheating and that's never okay. I guess this may also not be the first time something like this has happened, honestly. So yeah, there is the possibility he may be in fact, gay.

it's most likely that he's gay and wanted to stay on the downlow, dating you was his "cover" so other people wouldn't suspect anything. it's actually pretty common for some gay guys to get girlfriends for that sole reason.
