Hi guys,
I run 400m, but my fitness is absolutely awful- I'm practically dead by the end of every race. What can I do so that I can last it?

Many coaches will teach you form, like keeping your arms at a 90° angle, running on your toes, long strides and such, but other important things include good diets, propper shoes, and making sure that you stretch. Hope that helps

Just keep going. You'll find that over time, it won't be so tiring.

Try eating healthier foods, and things with lots of carbs. You'll be surprised how much more energy you have.

Best answer ^.
Doing it a lot will help acclimate your body. Then you won't be so tired.

Train for the 800m and you'll ace the 400m. That's what I used to do when I ran track. It worked for me, maybe it will for you too.
