Not everything belongs in the puberty section. This doesn't have anything to do with puberty.

You don't have to go to the sleepover if you don't want to. Don't automatically assume he is gay...

Well what brought up the conversation? Did he call out of the blue? Is it his birthday? It has to be some kind of occasion. How was your relationship before you stopped talking to eachother?

Have you had a sleepover with him before? I don't know why age should matter,
it's pretty normal to sleepover at someone untill your early thirties imo, if thats what you mean.
If you don't want to go just say you don't want to.

It is a bit strange for 18 year old boys to have a sleepover, but it's most likely harmless. He probably just wants to hang out and play video games or do some other activities. There's still the possibility that he is interested in experimenting though, so be cautious, unless you are interested in that too, in which case, it's a win/win.
