Hi... im not sure if im depressed or not, so could you guys give me signs of depresson?

Someone with depression might have these symptoms: strong sad feelings or no strong feelings at all, feeling guilty, feeling helpless or hopeless, anxiety, fear, low self-esteem or a loss of interest in life. Okay, what about sleeping schedule?? Like, i use to go to bed at like 9:30is, but now u cant sleep until 3am, and i get up at 6 for school

Depression is an EXTREME sadness. You don't want to hang out with friends, you don't want to do anything, and usually have an overwhelming feeling of low self esteem.

Now by no means does it mean that if you have these symptoms, it automatically means you have depression. People can feel like this, could be just a bad day since we all have those, correct? Exactly.

Yes, depression can cause insomnia. Not chronic of course. None of us here are licensed Medical Doctors, so none of us can diagnose you. Your best bet is a local Psychiatrist and or Psychologist.
