I've only told my best friend and 2 other close friends that I am bi. Does this mean I've came out, or do I need to openly admit it to everyone? Sorry, dumb question.

you don't "need" to do anything at all. if you want to tell other people then tell them but only if you are comfortable doing it. to answer your question you are out to some people but not out to other people and there is nothing wrong with that. you are on your own schedule, not anyone elses.

It means you've come out to the people you want to, which basically does me that yeah you have come out. You're not 100% fully out, but that takes time but either way, you're in the process of coming out. It's not a dumb question, just go with the flow.

You're almost there bro. I told my best friends first, then like a month later told my Mom and sister. They both knew already and were totally accepting. My dad was kind of disappointed for awhile, now he's totally okay with it too. No big deal, they may already know anyway bro, which will make it very easy for ya to come out.
