The head does not hurt except when you are just exposing it for the first time. You pull the skin back, wash, rinse and dry it, as Straya said. The physical difference is the foreskin for uncut and a slight membrane on the head for cut.
There is obviously a small difference in sexual pleasure...;)

When you're uncut you can use the extra foreskin as lube, which I believe is part of the reason people with an uncut penis have more sexual pleasure. Cleaning is easy, and that's all I can really think of.

Being uncut is awesome, you dont need lubricants, you only j/o by pulling/pushing the foreskin.
It doesnt hurt, well it will hurt if you pull your foreskin too hard.
When you wear a condom you need to pull your foreskin all the way down and then wear it.
Also with cleaning it, you pull from it and clean.
