Jockstrap help.

Hi there! im going to be buying a jockstrap pretty soon. And I could use some help. on buying them. Like what size brand etc any help and PMs would be appreciated!!

Typically buy S-M-L-XL just like your underwear. I wouldn't size down with a jock, they will be tight and stretchy so size up if you need to. Depending what you wear over the jock, determine the color. If you are wearing white pants, don't buy a black jock.

I would recommend Under Armour or Shock Doctor. You can buy them online at Dicks if you don't want to buy them inside a store.

I wear Shock Doctor with the cup insert for most of my sports except wrestling. With that I just go with a UnderArmour jock.

Bike is also a great brand and are pretty comfy. normally wear the basic ones.
