Work experience

Can you guys please give me some ideas for work experience as I havr to organise it soon but I have no idea what I want to do and I'm really worried about it because I don't know what I'm likely to be expected to do and having social anxiety will make it difficult for me :(

Just send a letter around to some places that you think you'd maybe want to work at in the future asking about work experience programs. I think most companies kind of expect it or can accommodate it in some way. My friend, for example, went to a research lab in the city and helped dissect mice and stuff for his. You might not want to do that, but it just shows you can do a lot of stuff in work experience.
