Basically; the peak of sexual pleasure for males and females. It is one of the main reasons why sex is soo important and interesting; it is described as the best feeling a human can experience. Hey, if it didn't feel good why have sex right?

After providing stimulation in a sexual way its the climax in which for guys they ejaculate and for girls it feels really good and all that jazz. Its the peak of the pleasure. After orgasm usually the guys erection goes away and both reallly dont have an intrest in sex for a while.
