You shouldn't have sex period. You should have sex with someone who you are in a committed relationship with and are mature enough for sex. I'm talking years down the road. You don't want to get pregnant or get an STD at a young age and mess up your future.

Hormones can make you desire sex and want to have it even under irresponsible circumstances but its up to you to control your actions and not give in. Casual sex is never the way to go.
