Well, I know the feeling of parents expecting perfection. It's hard, as for the pain.. If your parents are not listening to you about you experiencing physical pain, then that is very bad. I would talk to one of your counselors at school or go to the school nurse and explain the pains that you have been having. I'm sure if your parents do not listen then if you go to the school nurse then they would pay attention to you.

Try to see the school counselor...;)

I know how you feel. Just try to have an honest, open conversation with your parents about the pressure and the stress, and be sure to not accuse them of anything.
Use the "I think...", "I feel..." type format, don't just bombard them with "you you you" type comments, which could cause them to get defensive and turn an honest conversation into something counter productive.

I think it will also help you to maybe speak to a school counsellor, because they'll be able to better assess your situation then anyone here. Believe me, it can also take off a lot of pressure just to rant to the counsellor.

About the physical pain, there could be a lot of things causing it, and you weren't specific about where you are feeling it. The best solution, of course, is to go see your doctor or a school nurse about it, because no one here can really make a diagnosis. If that's not an option, make sure you're eating right and sleeping enough, and maybe try some yoga/gentle stretches? But don't do anything if it continues to hurt, obviously. I am tentative in even just saying that, because the only real solution is to go see a medical professional.

Good luck!!

You should talk to a counselor ;)

Counselor later, doctor first. I don't think there's a reason why you can't see a doctor by yourself.

Concerning your pain you shoul reall see a doctor as soon as possible, you can go on your own there, right so if your parents don't take you serious just go... it's your health.

About the parents want perfection and grounding thing, well apart from talking to them I don't really know what to tell you as it's all rather vague what you tell us.
