Do you mean in the same film.

You could maybe write something like

The story lines merge

or

the various plots - or sub plots merge or come together then write about the ending where the film draws together a conclusion

You could use words like
Story lines - brought together
woven
intertwined

try this

http://thesaurus.com/

you can search the site for any word and it will show words which mean the same or similar
