Is it possible for you two to at least talk it out and end whatever bad blood or problems that caused the friendship to end?

That's a tough break :-(. By the sounds of it you're not even able to talk to her enough to make the situation tolerable. Do you think you could even ask your teacher to swap places with someone else? If not it would just be a case of trying not to let it worry you and focus on learning the stuff in the class.
I'm here to talk if you need

Have you talked to teachers/admins/etc. about this? They might be able to help

Yeah talk to a teacher about what happened, and I'm sure that they would move you. If they don't then I would go to an administrator or a counselor and tell them that you get panic attacks over it etc. etc. you may be able to be switched then, or maybe switched out of the class and into another one.
Try to not focus on her and on something else, the lesson, what your going to do later, just anything really but her. Better to keep your mind off the subject. Hope this helps :)

It's the only class for that subject in my year and there's only 9 of us and everyone else sits next to a friend but im no ones friend so they will be pissed at me for switching seats and I'll feel like I don't belong even more

Keep focusing on the lesson. The less you think on her, and the more you think on the topic should help.
