im 14 and my penis is only 2inches erect and i was wonderin if this is normal because all my friends have 6inches or more.my brother who is 12 even has a bigger penis than me.his is 4inches erect

I would say that you're just developing more slowly than your brother so it's one of those things not to worry about,eventually your penis will get bigger throughout puberty.
