Sounds like a bit of an abrasion injury from the friction. Usually, heals after a few days. You should keep the area clean, including a quick cleanse following urination, as urine is acidic and it might sting a bit. I'd hold off on applying too many things upon yourself topically, as it might irritate the wound.

Let's face it, masturbating in your current state will mean that you'll be applying further friction to the area. The healing process will be quicker if you allow the body to heal, before recommencing again. You can continue, but it is more than likely that it will slow down the healing progress. You'd also run the risk of causing further damage than what you've got now.

happened to me too back when I first started masturbating. I did it too much and the exact same thing happened. the only thing you can do is wait for it to heal, if you keep beating it you're going to end up scarring or maybe even getting an infection down there due to the broken skin.

You could hurt yourself somewhere else then ask your parents to get something to help with it (or fake a cut) and use it. I used to have to do that a lot when I'd started and up until year 10 I think, but I'm used to it now :D
