I went swimming a few nights ago, and earlier in the week I trimmed the bush back. When I was swimming a about died when a small kid noticed that a few hairs were showing on the side of my swimsuit. The next day I had to ask my mom if I got everything. I didn't want another person point out that again.

One time I was getting changed out of some jeans after a night out and I noticed a few stray hairs sticking out of my knickers. Since then I've kept it fully shaved 'down there'.

It doesn't really matter. Been there myself, it doesn't hurt anyone. If they say they are offended remind them they were looking at your crotch to notice it in the first place.

I wouldn't worry about it. Everyone makes a little mistake now and than. And btw he was the one looking at your crotch ;)

I've made the same mistake a couple of times as well when I was a bit in a hurry. Although my pubes aren't dark so they're pretty hard to notice from a distance.

Shave it off. I shave my off. Last summer, we had a pool party. My sisters friends came by. Some had thongs on, some with regular suits and a couple had nothing on. All of them said that they were shaven. I was aw that hairy look before. It looks gross. Just shave it all off. So even when you wear a thong it will still look nice.

Yeah for real, just shave it. Especially if you're going to a pool party or something. If you don't like it shaved it'll grow back eventually.

I just talked to my older sister. She said she doesn't know anyone with hair. We wear a lot of bikinis, thongs, only a shirt or nothing at all down here. It is always hot or warm here. My friend got tease one time because she had some hair when changing at school.

I shave, hair is an annoyance

I just leave a "landing strip". I like to have some hair down there, but at the same time, I don't want anything to stick out. Problem solved. ;)

I used to worry about that but I shave now. At first it itches but shave every 4 days and after about a month its absolutely perfect

I shave except for a small triangle of long hair. I don't like the bald feeling. Besides I have a small body and when we are in the showers at the beach, other girls sometimes will even ask if I've gotten hair. I'm 18 but I look 12 when I'm shaved lol.

I keep myself shaved. And it just solves the problem and i like the feeling.

I'm always shaved bald. It looks and feels better to me.

If you wax or shave you wouldnt encounter such situations anymore.

Personally i shave it all to avoid any possibility of that, plus i think it feels better and looks better

That's why my terribly ugly bathing suit I got last year has a skirt on it. I've been shaving for probably 9 months now. I like it way better.

Yeah, if I'm planning on swimming and I'm wearing something that I know will show hair if its there, I tend to just shave it all off. But then again...I don't swim very often, so maybe it'd be a nuisance for you? Have you ever considered just making that patch of hair smaller? Try a small triangle or a landing strip or some of the others that people have mentioned. Either way! Anything that you can do to reduce your anxiety is the best thing to do.

Personally I think bald is boring! Nothing to do with looking like a kid or a baby, just plain predictable. Landing strip or triangle or something is fun. Surprised it's not more common.

I've never shaved there in my life. Hair sticks out of my swimsuit sometimes but it really doesn't worry me at all.

A swimming suit? What is that? I go swimming all the time, you have to have something on? :-)

That would be so embarrasing I can't even imagine it.

I've always shaved no just for swimming but for some of the costumes I wear for dance are skimpy.

I simply trim it. It's more interesting to men I recognised.

I keep mine shaved/bald too, but have sometimes done the landing strip thing too. Prefer it bald though.
