The pressures seem like a lot and I can understand that when they build up self harm seems like one of the only ways to find a release but it really isn't. After some time it will turn into one of those things that become a pressure and that you rely on - it starts to control you until you, once again, feel out of control. In the end it always ends up a bad idea to meddle with self harm even if it seems like it's helping at the beginning.
Is there anyone you can talk to about the name calling and threats? A teacher or a school counselor that you could confide in and help? You've said you're having trouble at home and that's usually the last place people find comfortable going to but anyone at school that you can trust, even a friend, would be helpful in this situation. Just explain how you're feeling and what's been happening.
Another way of dealing with this, although not usually as effective, is writing it down like a journal. This can place instead of self harm. When you get the urge just write down everything in your mind. It helps to get it out of your mind and onto something else even if no one else sees it, it can just be clensing to know you're not keeping those thoughts and feelings to yourself. You don't even have to keep what you write. Burn them, scribble on them, scrunch them up.
I do urge you to try and sort this out now before it becomes more serious though. It will become harder to control and it will no longer help in the situations that it used to. It really isn't worth starting in the first place.
