What is the worst thing you've ever prepared? Something you made and screwed up terribly. I made muffins that were rubbery and hard.
They literally bounced on the floor!

Me and my mom made leftover Toaster Oven Pizza..
We forgot about it for the whole night, it was so hot. So we opened the door and found out it was still cooking

I was in a fix once and made some rice. I figured just plain rice would suck, so I looked in the fridge and the only thing we really had was some A1 steak sauce. "Why not?" stupid, naive Tyler said to himself. "I think I'm going to die" nauseous, regretful Tyler said to himself a few minutes later.

One time I forgot some pop tarts in the toaster, and our toaster timer was broken so you had to stand there and wait for it to finish.
Let's just say there was some melted plastic involved.

I tried to make a sponge cake from scratch once. Our kitchen isn't the most suitable for big tasks like that, and it ended up slightly undercooked and with huge clumps of flour in it :c
The frosting was the extremely tasty, though~!

Added about 300 grams of processed swiss cheese in a soup, it melted up and turned the whole soup green and slimy. Ewwww...

Attempted to make shortbread once - it's quite safe to say that it ended up resembling charcoal

I'm a terrible cook, I burn everything, I forget its cooking, I was making some toast and forgot about it, it was also too close to the grill in the cooker, it went on fire!
needless to say, it was black.

I put popcorn in the microwave and turned it on and I forgot to check on it and when I came back downstairs, it was on fire, there was smoke everywhere in the lower part of the house and I am not allowed to leave the kitchen now if I make popcorn while its popping in the microwave.

I microwaved a can of frosting once, but a little bit of tinfoil was left on it, and ZZZZAAAAAPP!!

There are only two things I can think of - once I accidentally put some tinfoil in the microwave, but that only lasted for about 2 seconds as I was right there. The other is I made brownies that were mushy on the inside and crispy on the outside, but that's becoming the norm since our oven is really old and doesn't work well. Other than that, I'm not exactly a fantastic cook but I'm not a bad one either, so nothing really.

When I was 7 I tried microwaving a bunch of frozen cookies that you were supposed to put in the oven.
All it ended up doing was filling up the kitchen with smoke.
