Hey, everyone. So, I met this guy when I was 11, let's called him Barney. I wasn't that into Barney that much at first but then after, I started to like him more. After a month or so, he asked me out and I agreed. It was supposed to be a closed-relationship but I think many people found out because of the PDA.

After two years, we went to high school (we don't have middle school). Some boys did have a thing for me and when I was in HS, there was even more boys. One guy in particular stood out from the crowd, let's called him Kanye. I chatted with Kanye on Facebook for a while and things got a little interested. Then, Barney found out (he has my FB password) and he chatted with Kanye as me and totally let him off. And after that, we got into a fight and we broke up. But then after a while, we got back again which make no sense at all.

So, I am asking should I break up with Barney and give Kanye a chance or do the opposite?

You already stated that "it makes no sense at all". You've answered your own question. No, you do not need to stay with a guy you don't like anymore.

How does Barney have your Facebook password? Did you give it to him? I think you should break up with Barney. He was being rude considering he messed up your chances with Kanye. You should never give your password to anyone, even if you trust them. I learned from that mistake.

I think you should stick with stability, unless you're really unhappy with Barney, in which case I'd suggest going for Kanye. Be prepared for the fact that he may no longer be into you as much as he was after all this.

I would have to say that if I was in Barney's position and went on facebook and found that another guy was trying to start something with my girlfriend, I wouldn't be too happy about it. If I have understood this correctly, then I think Barney's reaction is justified, although pretending to be you isn't so cool. In the end you need to figure out what's best for you and be with the guy you want to be with. Whoever will make you the happiest is who you should be with.
