I'm 14 and a half years old ,think i recently started puberty.My right nipple is bigger than left one and its swollen and hurts when i touch it,should i go see a doctor or something?:confused:

I've seen this problem posted a few times before. Relax, it's a normal part of puberty.

i have it too, but i heard somewhere that it will go away in a couple years.

It is more than likely normal, especially if you are in the early phases of puberty. Sounds like a case of pubertal gynaecomastia. It's where there is some prominence in breast tissue, and in adolescent boys, is commonly as a result of hormonal fluxes. Sometimes the breast tissue can be a bit firm and tender. It is usually temporary and will fade away with ongoing growth. If it continues to remain tender, or the pain worsens, if there is discharge or bleeding - then I'd consider heading off to a doctor for review.
