I was thinking if it's clear and sticky, then it's precum but in your situation, it might not have any sperm in it (can you cum white semen?). If it's white, that's your sperm, but if it's clear, I don't think there's much sperm in it.

Yea if you felt " Past the Point of No Return", then it's semen. As other's have said, it will become whiter as puberty progresses.
