i have masturbated heaps recently, ejaculated a lot to. and while masturbating recently i have discovered sone spots on my penis, they have been there before but now there seem to be heaps more, after masturbating they bleed. is this normal???? what can i do about it

Sounds like you're doing it too rough and too often and not giving yourself a break. Slow down a bit and avoid doing it so often. Be more careful and allow it to heal by doing it much less for the time being.

Yeah, Ant's right, just slow it down, maybe us some lotion as a lube, and the spots should go away. DO NOT masturbate while these are bleeding, it will probably make it worse
