Girlfriends brother

I was in my girlfriends room earlier today, we are both 16, and her brother walked in, he is 14 nearly 15, and they are quite close, and me and him are good friends too, we have spoke about wanking and personal stuff like that....anyway, he walked in today wearing trackies, and he quite clearly had a massive boner sticking through! We both saw it but didn't say anything, does anyone else think this is weird? Or has anyone has a similar thing happen with a brother ?

Yeah but there was no reason to walk in, it was his sisters room, so the only people in there were either his sister, or me, a boy, and he says he is straight, so why would he want to show it off?

He might not have thought about it. Ask your girlfriend if she noticed it, too. If she says it's no big deal, he's a guy and it just happens, don't worry about it. She might say she was going to freak out but she didn't wanna worry too much about it. I don't think it should be thought of as a big deal. You're a guy and you get boners too, so you can understand when you get a boner in a random, embarrassing moment, right? I know I can... Anyway, when you get your 100 posts in and need some advice or someone to talk to about that or whatever, message me. I'm free to talk about anything whenever.

Thank you when I get to 100 posts I will talk to you about it :) and yeah me and my girlfriend spoke about it, and she saiid the same as me, like why would he walk in fully well knowing he had a boner, because you could tell he knew because it was adjusted upwards, as if to hide it, but very much failing haha, it's as if he wanted me to see it haha

Maybe he just didn't think you would notice, or maybe he didn't care. I wouldn't care around my friends. I'm not close with my sister, but if he considers her a friend he might not care.

You never will really know his intent until you talo to him. So id suggest that or just move on and see if something like that happens again

I think it's normal man. We're guys, boners are a thing for us. I doubt he noticed/could control it.

Like everyone said above, we know that erections are pretty natural and uncontrollable at the best of times, so why get worked up over it? (Shrug)

It can be awkward in situations like this if people allow it to be. Otherwise, like what happened here, you can both just have that mutual moment where you both acknowledge that it is what it is and just let it pass. Conversely, in crowd scenes, like at school, sometimes people can make fun - but usually it's good natured. Pretty much an active choice of those involved at the scene at the time.

The fact that the scene played out as it did probably means that he trusts or acknowledges you as a guy for it not to be an awkward occurrence.
