I pull mine back because even though I'm uncircumsized, I can still see my pee hole through the hole in the top so otherwise aiming is difficult as the foreskin can half covers it and makes a lawn sprinkler :)

I'm cut but it seems like most pull the skin back before pissing. It seems gross not to. I had a friend once who didn't pull it back and it would just kinda spray everywhere. That's nasty if you ask me.

That's how it is for me so I pull it back far enough to make sure the hole in the end of the glans is completely unobstructed. I do that anywhere I need to aim the stream. The only real exception is in the shower where it feels harmlessly rebellious to not bother aiming, in fact not bother holding it and just let is spray wherever it wants to.

Pull it back just enough so the flow is unobstructed and it's easier to aim - probably takes half a second. I don't change what I do whether I'm in the bathroom at home or at a urinal and other guys are there.

It is much cleaner this way that's why I do it every time regardless of the location.

I never pulled my foreskin back when I was younger, but I do now it's a lot easier and I do it without thinking!
