So people know I like taking a lot of selfies.. But I never took really anything besides food or friends. Well I was taking pictures of a trailer to show to my Nana who was looking into moving here. I kind of liked this shot. So I did a lot of editing.. And here it is..

I'm wondering if I should take a shot into photography (oh wow puns already)
But really, what do you guys think of this for a first try?

this is actually a really interesting picture! I like the composition and the angle view+the depth of field. The black and white adds a very cryptic mood to this picture.

I love it! :D BW photography is wonderful when it's done right, and I love the focus on the sign. Trailers usually don't look majestic or sophisticated, but you did a damn good job making it both in this pic.

Thank you both! A lot of the things you guys said I agree with. I'm however glad to have other opinions! :)

I like it. It's like it has some kind of hidden message. It's simple but has an air of mystery. I've enjoyed playing around with photography as a hobby. I like it because it a hobby I can share online and others have said they enjoyed looking at my pictures.

I really enjoy it, I like the focusing, as said above. Also the black and white is interesting. It is VERY good for a first real shot. I think you should take a swing at photography, if it doesn't work out, we'll you still got some pretty cool pictures.
And yes I know already they're going to be cool. Because this first shot was pretty awesome

Keep shooting! I think you may have overdone the editing a little bit, but I like the shot. Vignette and blurred edges don't really have much appeal when it comes to more serious photography, but that is just my opinion. Keep up the good work; photography is a lot of fun.

I like it because it can be interpreted in so many different ways. To me it says there is one way you are meant to take, so take it. I really like it and more pictures with underlying meanings like this one would be really cool.

I like the focus on the sign and the rule of three used in the picture, try cropping a little bit of the left so the damages on the trailer doesn't show but besides that good job!

Really nice. Do photography if you enjoy it. I have a hard time going to a park or a beautiful place without my camera in my hands.
One thing that I'd like to say though is that the board is a bit too to the left, which separates the board and that path too much. Also the post edition should be milder. But that's just my taste.
Cheers!

Wow, for a first attempt that's fantastic!
And I love the angle and depth of field effect. If you enjoy it, you should defiantly take it up.
But be warned. If you want a decent camera with a good set of lenses it will cost you. But that picture really is nice.

Na, I like the damage. Shows that life isn't perfect.

Touché- used as an acknowledgment during a discussion of a good or clever point made at one's expense by another person
(also a term used in fencing, used as an acknowledgment of a hit by one's opponent.)

Ahh! I know what the word means, but my Dyslexia stopped me from recognising the spelling properly.
Many thanks xYz..
