I've read a lot of topics and surveys about masturbation and porn, however I haven't seen a single question about erotic stories, which makes me believe I'm the only one who reads that :P


So, are there people here who read erotic stories, and if yes, what kind/genre do you read?

More of a girl thing really, most of the porn stuff is put up by boys, but personally I dont do it

Following on from the last comment I am not sure stories are exclusively for girls. Porn magazines often feature stories and they are almost exclusively aimed at boys.

I do suspect the nature of the stories that appeal to each sex varies though. As a guy an erotic story has to feature sex. If it is a love story at the same time then that is great and adds a dimension to it but people falling in love by itself, i.e. without sex doesn't really turn me on. Also for me the sex needs to start fairly near the start of the story and carry on in parallel with whatever else happens. I don't have the patience to wade through two chapters of scene setting and falling in love before any sex happens.

I don't really have a favorite kind. Sometimes it is hard enough to find a well written story, so I don't really care which genre it is :P

For some reason a lot of those stories, or at least in my language, are very poorly written....
